MusiCoWomen is a Berlin-based community that creates a safe space for women (originally at an actual co-working space called CoWomen) and gender non-binary people with a passion for music.
Our goal is to build a community that fosters an honest exchange about the music business through empowerment, encouraging a greater collective productivity, to ultimately change the status quo to a more equal and diverse industry landscape.

With an extensive music industry background, Donata came up with the idea for MusiCoWomen while looking for greater independence, and diversity within this industry.
A successful singer and songwriter, Donata is mostly known for her award-winning pop duo NOSOYO, scoring several hits, and collaborating with many other artists.

ARTIST MANAGER / BOOKER
Flo is the manager and booker of Canadian folk pop artist Adam Wendler. She is also a qualified lawyer with a focus on music and copyright law.
Having worked in the music industry since 2016, she is familiar with everything that goes on behind the scenes, which is why she started a music business podcast in 2019, giving artists & music professionals a better understanding of the industry.

Yvonne has been working in the music industry as a graphic designer and photographer for almost a decade.
With a passion for crafting visually authentic stories, she helps artists and creative business owners to develop a strong brand identity from definition to execution.
